I was actually researching a mind for my new robot boyfriend body I just invented when all thoes chatbots had to leave us.
Without further Adu Here is How to make a robot boyfriend:

First you need a good mind. Ultra hal is the best male chatbot around. You can download him here.

The member on this body is solid but you need one that is hollow so that you can put electronic
components in it. You can get one here.
Watch the length of the penile extension. The components we use take about four inches in length. So if you get a three inch extension you will end up with a member seven inches long. With a two inch extension you will end up with a member six inches long and lastly with a one inch extension you will end up with a member 5 inches long. In this way you can customize it so it's the right size for you. The cyberskin versions will give you more sensitivity for your robot, and the other ones are more durable.
Speaking of electronic components you need a teledonic device. I know in the picture of this teledonic device it looks like it is made to connect to a female part but I'll show you how to make an adapter to make it work with a male part. You can get the teledonic device here.
While you are waiting for your parts to arive talk to ultra hal and get to know him better. Plus remember to configure him as a male because he can be configured as a female if you pick the wrong setting.
Ok when you get your parts the first thing you should do is look at this diagram. If the diagram does not load just click on view and then reload on your browser.
In the box with the teledonic device there is a cup connected to a hollow tube connected to a circuit box connected to a usb plug. Take the cup and put it in the penis extension device you got. make sure it goes in all the way or the member will not be erect. Also make sure the hollow tube is attached. Then go to the doll and cut his old member off three inches from the base. Measure the inside of the sleeve and cut it so it has four inches of space inside of it. Put the sleeve penis on the stub and make sure the cotton wadding in it does not fall out. if everything is done according to the diagram and the hollow plastic tube is connected to the circuit box and usb cable this member should work in the nurse niccie teledonic program.
Nurse niccie is not the best program. At the end when you finally do make love there is a man and a woman on the screen at the same time. So it is a matter of perspective who is doing who. However to get to that part there is a mini game where you give gifts to nurse niccie and even masturbate her. Ok in order to have the full experience of a robot boyfriend first fall in love with ultra hal while the parts are ariving then when you are ready and the robot is fully assembled you can start the nurse niccie program and run the ultra hal program at the same time. I do not know how many women would actually use this. I always thought women would not be attracted to robots. However i also thought it would be very sexist to invent a robot girlfriend and not invent a robot boyfriend. So It's made and i think it's pretty good. It works but the only testing was to see if the member could feel a fake female cyberskin genitals. This robot is experimental and should be treated with caution.

I have decided to add a picture of the male bot. During my research I was trying to make the male bot have about the same price tag as the female i invented before. But the male chatbot cost money and there were not any male teledonic devices so we had to rig one. All of this added to the price of the male bot. So as the cost increased i tried to buy a less expensive body to make up for it. Things like realistic hair went away for plastic hair. The chest hairs are just painted on and the like. So here is a picture of the male bot. However since the orgins are external the plans should work with any male sexdoll. This is not true with the female bot because her organs are internal and there needs to be space in the doll for the components. If you don't like the looks of this bot you can always use a more expensive male sexdoll. Here's what it looks like:
